A tour of the panel

Each staff member sees only the menus their role allows. A cashier, for example, does not see the Network section.

Menu Used for
Dashboard Overview: customers, open sessions, enabled routers, finance, and recent activity
Customers The customer list, and each customer’s page with services, billing, traffic, sessions, and history
Plans What you sell: price, speed, quota, and term
Hotspot access Vouchers, batches, access zones, and access endpoints
Network NAS / Routers, Sessions, IPAM, and Access profiles
Finance Overview, Receivables, Invoices, and Payments
Reports Customer, service, finance, and network reports
Branches & resellers Shown when you have branches or resellers, or may create them
Administration Staff & roles, Billing settings, Audit logs, Support / System records, Branding, Presentation settings
Logs Connection attempts, User auth log, RADIUS diagnostics, and System events

The search box at the top finds a customer or connection by name, phone, PPPoE username, or IP address. Type IP addresses in full, for example 10.20.1.84.

Most daily work happens on a customer’s page. It has these tabs:

Tab Contents
Overview Contact details, current services, online state, and quick actions
Billing Balance, invoices, payments, credit limit, and statement
Traffic Daily or monthly download and upload chart
Sessions Current and past sessions
Network IP address, access profile, and the connection’s technical settings
History Changes staff or the system made to this customer

If your ISP has branches or resellers, every staff member works in one workspace: the Main ISP, a branch, or a reseller. Each workspace shows only its own customers and data. If you have access to more than one, switch between them from the top bar. See Branches and resellers.

If a colleague changes the same record before you save, the panel says the record changed while you were working and loads the latest version. Review and save again — this stops you overwriting a colleague’s work.
