Customer portal
The customer portal is where a subscriber sees their usage, expiry date, balance, and invoices under your brand. Portal sign-in is separate from internet (PPPoE) sign-in and has its own login name and password.
Give a customer access
Section titled “Give a customer access”On the customer’s page, in the Portal access section:
- Select Edit login names and enter at least one:
- Login username — 3 to 64 lowercase letters, numbers, dots,
_,@, or-; - Login phone — an international number with
+and the country code, for example+93701234567. Use contact phone fills in the customer’s stored phone, once the customer confirms it is theirs.

- Select Save login names.
- Select Set temporary password and choose a password of 8 characters or more.
- Select Enable access.
- Give the customer their login name and temporary password securely. They must change the password at their first sign-in.
The portal address is your panel address with /portal at the end.
When a customer forgets their password
Section titled “When a customer forgets their password”Customers cannot recover a password themselves. Select Reset password and give them a new temporary password. This signs the customer out on every device.
Removing access
Section titled “Removing access”- Disable access — signs the customer out everywhere and stops them signing in.
- End session — signs out one device only (for example a lost phone). The Portal sessions list shows the latest 50 sessions.
- Archiving the customer also ends all portal sessions.
What customers see in the portal

The portal is in Dari and English and works well on phones.
