Presentation settings
Administration → Presentation settings decides how Farava shows dates, times, and numbers across the ISP. Only an administrator can change it.

| Default language | Dari or English. Each staff member can switch their own language from the top bar. |
| ISP timezone | For example Asia/Kabul. “Today”, report days, and charts follow it. |
| Display calendar | Solar Hijri or Gregorian |
| Displayed digits | Persian digits (۱۲۳) or Latin digits (123) |
Then select Save presentation settings. A preview of the current time with the new settings is shown on the same page.
Changing the time zone
Section titled “Changing the time zone”Changing the time zone does not change stored times, but the displayed clock time changes and day boundaries in reports move. The panel asks for confirmation before saving. Afterwards, usage charts may load more slowly for a while as the system regroups its daily figures.
Set the time zone correctly once at the start and don’t change it without a reason.
Calendar in the customer portal
Section titled “Calendar in the customer portal”The customer portal uses the same calendar and digits, so customers see their service expiry in the calendar you chose.
