Branding
Under Administration → Branding you set your ISP’s name and look. They appear in the panel menu, on receipts and invoices, and in the customer portal. Only an administrator can change them; others can view them.
- ISP display name — your name as shown in the menu and on documents (1 to 40 characters).
- Product label — a short subtitle under the name, for example “Admin panel”.
Select Upload logo and choose the file:
- PNG, JPEG, WebP, or SVG;
- at most 512 KB and at most 1024 pixels on each side;
- PNG, WebP, or SVG with a transparent background look best; JPEG has no transparency.
Remove logo shows the name as text instead.
Brand color
Section titled “Brand color”Pick one of the presets or set a Custom color. Presets stay readable in light and dark mode. The Readability check shows whether text on buttons is readable enough (4.5:1 or higher passes).
Status colors (green, amber, red) and backgrounds are fixed, so “Active”, “Suspended”, and “Offline” mean the same thing for every ISP.
Check the Preview and select Save branding. Reset to default restores the original settings.
