Move to Farava Platform

The migration path

1. Initial review

   We talk through your network: number of subscribers, routers and NAS devices, access method (PPPoE or Hotspot), and current system.

2. Installation on your server

   Our team installs Farava Platform on your server. Your current system keeps running unchanged.

3. Pilot with a small group

   A small group (about 10 to 50 subscribers, ideally staff and known users) moves to Farava on a separate NAS or VLAN. Everyone else stays on DeltaSIB or SAS-Radius.

4. Compare and confirm

   We check authentication, usage, quotas, and finances for the pilot group until no difference is left unexplained.

5. Gradual move of the remaining subscribers

   After your approval, the remaining subscribers move in stages. Every stage can be rolled back.

Data transfer

Automatic import from DeltaSIB (customers, plans, balances) is in development. Until it is ready, our team prepares the data together with you.

Already a Portal (MahaarNet) customer?

Farava Portal keeps working on your current system during the migration. Farava Platform includes its own customer portal, so after the full move your subscribers still have a portal under your brand.
