Staff and roles
Every staff member should have their own account. A staff member’s roles decide which menus they see and what they can do.
| Role | Typical work |
|---|---|
| Administrator | Full system administration and staff access |
| Manager | Daily office and team operations |
| Billing | Billing and customer accounts |
| Accountant | Financial records and reconciliation |
| Cashier | Collect payments and renew services |
| NOC | Network monitoring and recovery |
| Support | Customer support and service checks |
| Network operator | Routers and network access settings |
| Auditor | Review records and activity only |
A staff member can hold several roles. Nobody can give another person a role with more authority than they have themselves.
