Audit log
Farava records every important change: who did what, to which record, and when. These records cannot be deleted or edited.
Where to look

Who can see it
Section titled “Who can see it”The full audit log is for administrators and the Auditor role. Other staff only see the history of customers they have access to.
Common uses
Section titled “Common uses”- A customer says they were not renewed — check the customer’s history for when and by whom a renewal, suspension, or payment was recorded.
- A strange financial figure — find the entry on the customer’s statement; every adjustment carries its reason.
- Reviewing a staff member’s work — filter the audit log by actor.
For these records to mean something, give every staff member their own account.
