Plans

A plan is what you sell to a subscriber: how much they pay, at what speed, how much data, and for how many days. You need at least one active plan before you set up your first subscriber.

  1. Go to Plans and select New service plan.

  2. Fill in the form:

    Field Meaning
Plan code A short, permanent reference shown on invoices, for example HOME-20. It cannot be changed later and is uppercased automatically.
Name What staff see when selling, for example “Home 20 Mbps”.
Description Optional; who the plan is for.
Price The amount per term in Afghanis, with two decimals.
Validity How long one paid term lasts, in days, for example 30.
Download / Upload speed The maximum rate to and from the subscriber. Pick the unit (kbps, Mbps, Gbps).
Data quota Optional. Leave empty for an unlimited plan.
  3. Select Create draft. A new plan is always created as a Draft and cannot be sold yet.

  4. Open the plan, check the terms once more, and select Activate plan.

State Meaning
Draft Being prepared; cannot be sold. Can be activated or archived.
Active Can be sold and renewed.
Archived No longer sold. This cannot be undone.

On the plan’s page you can change the name, description, price, speed, quota, and validity, then select Save terms. The plan code is fixed.

Changes apply only to future periods. Each paid period keeps a copy of the plan terms from when it was sold, so a subscriber who has already paid for the current period keeps the old terms until that period ends.

When you no longer want to sell a plan, select Archive plan. Subscribers whose current period uses it are not affected until the period ends, but you can no longer sell it to anyone. To renew those subscribers, use Renew with another plan.
